Preview
Much more powerful than in Jaguar, Preview features useful new options. Live searching in PDF being one.
Type a few letters and before you even entered a word, you'll see where in the document these letters appear.
A list of all occurences of the expression makes it easy finding what you are looking for.
The ability to make text selections in PDF is now added in Panther.
The new Preview also deals quite well with images : you can select a part of it and then crop it.
Nice we can now do this without using Photoshop or iPhoto.
